Registration Fees
Please note that this is the official EKS 2025 Congress website for registrations and no other websites, companies or agencies are authorised to sell the registrations in any way or to contact you directly.
Registrations fees are in EURO and include 22% VAT.

The registration fee includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Access to the industrial exhibition
- Access to the congress app
- Congress kit (badge and certificate of attendance)
- Daily Lunches and coffee breaks as per programme
The registration is compulsory in order to attend scientific sessions.
Pre-registration will be accepted until September 8th, 2025.
Group registrations
Please ask for a group account by contacting OIC to registrationEKS@oic.it.
Confirmation
Immediately after submitting and paying your online registration form, an automatic confirmation is sent by email. If you do not receive this automatic confirmation, your registration has not been made successfully.

If any other suspect/unknown company or agency offering registration, hotel bookings and other services for the EKS Open meeting, please note that these companies are not authorized to represent the it in any way, nor do they have access to the officially room blocks or rates contracted by OIC Group.
Unfortunately, these companies act fraudulently towards many other congresses participants all over the world, through false websites, scammming and phishing e-mails.
We strongly recommend not to proceed with any communication with these unauthorized companies and we invite to avoid providing any personal or bank information to them.
